The house is settled in a beautiful and quite area of Adriatic coast, small village Prizna. The nearby beach is easily accessible by foot in one or two minutes. If you are looking for rest and relaxation from the hectic everyday life, you will find Prizna your ideal destination.

Prizna is rather rural than urban touristic place with few local inhabitants. The sea water is perfectly clear and area is specially attractive for diving and fishing. We recommend future owners to have a small boat (not larger than 5 meters) that can easily bring you to a good fishing or diving spots but also enables you to explore hidden beaches and cliffs unreachable by car or foot. Prizna port is equipped by the 1 ton capacity crane.

Area is more suitable for settled or family people looking for quiet vacation or even for your retirement home. There are available only small coffee bar and ferry boat to island Pag. During the summer season, local suppliers frequently deliver to Prizna fresh fruits and vegetables and you can also place the order for next delivery. If you desire, take a drive to Karlobag (15 km away) and by more or less anything you need for your supply (food, gasoline, pharmacy...) or participate in numerous tourist events (concerts, role-plays, exhibitions etc...)

However, young people might also find this area attractive. Prizna is connected to Island of Pag by ferry boat and it takes not more than 40 minutes to reach Zrce beach known for 24 hour parties, often called as Croatian Ibiza.
