As per entering the ground floor, we get into a staircase area, here you can find a separate toilet, and the stairs to the 1st floor. You can enter here also the ground floor apartment. Washing machine, hot water boiler installed. At the end of the corridor, there is the American kitchen living room. Both fully furnished, with LCD screen, and SAT TV. In the kitchen microwave, hotplate, electric oven, hood added. From the living room, there is the second, bigger bedroom, with one French bed and cabinets, fully equipped. The whole apartment is air-conditioned.

On the 1st floor, there are 2 completely separate apartments. Both air-conditioned, equipped with SAT TV. Small kitchen, bathroom with shower and a French bed room is the layout. Both balconies with a sea-view.

Both apartments are almost a reflection of each other, but in the bigger one, the kitchen is separated with a door, and with a small table for two. Kitchens are equipped with hotplate, refrigerator and hood. Also LCD screens and SAT TV available in both apartments.

Under the whole house, there is a very big, 2-room cellar - around 60 sqm. Also garden equipments, furniture can be stored there.
